Rigid Heddle Weaving -February 25 and 26

You will learn the basics of weaving on a rigid heddle loom. This class is perfect for absolute beginners—no experience needed. You’ll discover how to warp the loom, weave a simple pattern, and safely remove the scarf from the loom.

Spend the muddy month of March getting dirty while playing with clay. We will explore a new clay technique every Thursday in March. Coil pots, slab mugs, platters and plates. Items will be glazed on the final day. Pick up date TBD

Learn how to weave a bag using fabric on a rigid heddle loom. In this class, you will learn how to make a woven tote bag with fabric straps. There is no warping instruction included in this class.

In this 2-day workshop, you will learn how to weave a Houndstooth scarf on a rigid heddle loom. You’ll learn how to warp and weave in a Houndstooth pattern, how to remove the scarf from the loom, and trim the ends.

Turn a tuft of wool into wearable art! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to shape colorful wool fibers into a one-of-a-kind felted art. We’ll cover basic felting techniques, adding fine details, and finishing your piece by mounting on a pendant and chain. Additional kits are available for puchase during workshop.
